I have purchased these same shoes years ago. They were the best I've ever had because they were comfortable, yet dressy enough for some occasions. The new shoes, however, have been slightly changed and the right shoe is tighter and uncomfortable in one spot. I contacted customer service and was treated graciously and courteously. I could choose to return the shoes and take my chances in trying to find another that works as well (when not too tight), or try to stretch out the tight area. I have stuffed thick socks in the tight spot, and gradually they are stretching. So, I am not 100% satisfied, but still grateful that I do have alternatives that are viable. This is generally a fabulous product for those with diabetic issues or just feet problems. I recommend this product and company.
