I read other reviews and they said they run small. I got a 9 instead of an 8 and they for perfect. Feels good. Nice and light.I sized up 1/2 size and they are still snug. I want to like them but they aren’t my favorite. I do love the pink solesI love Inov 8 when they fit. Ordered a larger size and still a no goI usually wear a women's 8.5-9 shoe, I ordered a 9 to have some extra toe room and they were so tight and hard to put on. The back of the shoe is so rigid I had to basically undo all the laces to even get my foot in, and then it felt like a straight jacket. I guess you could say the shoe has a lot of support? I'm exchanging for another style of shoe from the same brand as I want a wider toe box. Overall I would say the shoe was well made just not what I was looking for. Definitely order a half size up!I wear a 6.5 everyday. The 6.5 and 7 felt too small. I should have tried a 7.5 but didn’t go that far into returning and exchanging. Definitely go a whole step up!Love the shoes but definitely wish I would have sized a full size up instead of just a half size. I can still wear them (would NOT have been able to wear my normal size) but wish I had a little bit more wiggle room, especially for movements like burpees. Still 5 stars tho, because if you get the right size, they are great shoes!!Way too snug and a bit still compared to the Inov 300. Had to returnSo first off, this shoe runs WAY small. I am usually a 9 and the 9.5 fits snugly. I have narrow feet so I don’t mind but if you have wide feet or prefer a looser fit, go a whole size up.Otherwise, I have several different brands of training shoes; Nike Metcon, nobulls, UA, and these are by far my favorite. They have a ton more cushion than any other shoe, the heel drop is a little higher of 8mm vs the 4mm usually seen in a training shoe, but that makes it better for running Metcons. I would probably stick with a flatter training shoe for deadlifts and squats but as an all around shoe this is great, which is what I was hoping for.Lovely shoe, good support without being too stiff. I take a 4.5/5 UK shoe size, 5.5 is a good fit for these shoes. There's enough cushioning to absorb some impact but not too much that you can't feel your toes/heel properly. The shoe quality is fine for cheap running shoes. However they are small. I didn’t realize they were shipped from UK (because the seller name includes “Germany”). So now it’s a ridiculous process to send them back. I will just donate them and hope they fit someone.
